Work Accomplished:
During the initial feasibility phase of eCooking appliance adoption, several key activities were completed. Household surveys and focus group discussions were conducted to evaluate the financial condition of households, existing cooking practices, types of fuel used, and their willingness to adopt eCooking. Additionally, assessments of household wiring and the impact of pollution caused by burning firewood for cooking were carried out. The feasibility study also identified strategies for creating a sustainable supply chain and detailed an implementation plan for promoting eCooking in the region.
